As many of our products are handmade or made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made and personalised items are created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

Please ensure all measurements, colours, wording, design choices, and other details are correct before approving your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Where a return has been approved, items must be:
