Bookings are required

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.

We understand that custom garments can be a significant investment, however rest assured you will be getting an one of a kind garment.

Production Time

As every custom garment is handmade, production times vary depending on the design and our current workload.

We'll provide an estimated completion timeframe when your order is confirmed.

Changes to Your Order

Please carefully check and approve all measurements, colours, fabrics, wording, and design choices before production begins.

Once work has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits for custom-made garments are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased specifically for your order.

 

Do you offer payment plans

Yes, payment plans are available by prior agreement for selected custom orders, once a non refundable deposit is made that seals your order with us. 

Regular payments can be made throughout the kreation process, up to 12 weeks unless otherwise arranged, with the remaining balance required before your garment is collected or dispatched.
