Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services that require a signature on delivery.

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

Signature Required

For the security of both our customers and Ka Pai Kollectionz, all parcels are sent with a signature required upon delivery.

If you choose to request that the courier leaves your parcel without obtaining a signature, or you have an authority to leave arrangement with the courier, Ka Pai Kollectionz cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier demand.

While we will always dispatch your order as promptly as possible, Ka Pai Kollectionz is not responsible for delays that occur once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

If the tracking confirms the parcel has been successfully delivered and signed for at the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer. Ka Pai Kollectionz cannot provide replacements or refunds for parcels that have been successfully delivered according to the courier's tracking records.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Ka Pai Kollectionz cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.
